Divano Designs, a furniture retailer, came into our preview in 2020. At that point, although Divano’s website was generating traffic, converting those visits into actual sales proved to be a challenge. Even recuperating the costs invested in technology seemed unattainable.

The absence of a substantial online presence translated to a lack of brand remembrance for Divano Designs. Consequently, the brand had minimal search queries tied to it, and its rivals held higher positions in searches pertinent to its product categories.
